Registration now consists of two steps.
Step 1: Basic conference registration. Registrations will close when capacity is reached or on 15 July, whichever comes first. Please make your travel arrangements after registering as there will not be on-site registration or exceptions to the maximum number of registrations we can accept.
Your registration confirmation email will contain the details and booking links for three hotels with which we have contracted special rates during the conference dates. This special rate is available until the room block is full, or June 30 - whichever comes first.
Step 2: Selecting your breakout sessions (1 May - 15 July). By requiring participants to sign up in advance for breakout sessions they wish to attend, we hope to optimize distribution and avoid overflowing room capacity. Upon completion of the second step, you will receive your personalized program indicating the sessions you have signed up for. If you don’t choose your sessions by 15 July, they will be assigned to you by the organizers.
Fee schedule
(Full conference only - no daily registrations)
Individual adult - US $150
Youth (ages 15 to 21) - US $100
Child / Junior Youth (ages 5 to 14) - US $100
Family of 3 or more from the same household registering together: 20% discount automatically applied to the total
It is possible to obtain financial assistance through our Scholarship Fund. We ask the friends to carefully consider the costs associated with the organization of the conference and, if possible, contribute to the Scholarship Fund. Cancellation policy
PLEASE NOTE: refunds are possible minus an administrative fee (40% before 1st July; 70% after 1st July)
